Cancellations & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are final and cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it as changes cannot be made after the fact.

2. Return Policy

Personalized items (e.g., bowling jerseys with a name addition), accessories, and skirts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds or replacements for personalized items will only be provided if the product has a defect or error that is the result of our mistake. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for issues caused by customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, misspelling a name, etc.). Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return with the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted through your www.usbcbowlingstore.com account.
  • If approved, the item must be returned at your expense within 30 days of approval and received by us no later than 45 days after approval.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Credit card refunds and exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or design, a new order will need to be placed.
